Kurt Errickson is a consultant working for labor unions who handles all areas of union representation, ranging from presenting arbitrations, to contract negotiations, to internal organizing.
He started in the labor movement in the early 90s, while working at the Minnesota Relay Service (a telecommunications service for those who are deaf and hard of hearing). He and his coworkers organized a union at the MRS, and went on strike for their first contract.
He went on to become staff representative for large public employee labor Union, where he worked for 23 years. During that time he presented dozens of Union arbitration cases, bargained dozens of contracts, and welcomed hundreds of workers into the labor movement.
